DIE TOTEN HOSEN

It started back in 2012 when I was asked to design a tourshirt
for Die Toten Hosen’s “Der Krach der Republik Tour”.

Since then I am taking care of most of the bands merch designs
plus some other fun projects like backdrops, posters, greeting cards and flags.

You can find most of the items in their very own webshop

MERSEY BEAT

In 2020 Die Toten Hosen released their third english record with cover songs from the legendary Mersey Beat era.
I was asked to create some tee designs of which one was approved.

DTH X SCHOTT NYC

Together with the well known american brand Schott NYC, the band developed a limited flight jacket,
that featured a set of two patches on the sleeve and chest.

The jackets werde limited to one thousand pieces and came with a hand numbered woven label.

I created a number of patches and two finally made it onto the jacket.

BUENOS AIRES CITY TOUR 2015

In the spring of 2015 Die Toten Hosen toured the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina
and played mostly clubs and small venues. The idea behind the tour graphic was to create something
that’s typical for Buenos Aires with a punkrock twist to it.

Since Buenos Aires is well known for its “Colectivo” – old busses decorated with unique hand-painted drawings –
the idea came to mind, to create a latin american version
of the Sex Pistols’ infamous “Pretty Vacant” cover, that originally features two London busses.

The tour graphic was used for tees and promotional material such has posters and web banners,
but also made it onto the stage backdrop for most of the gigs.
